My name is Amanda Knowles I currently work as a teacher at the Woden School in Canberra, Australia.
In addition to my general classroom teaching role I run the Woden School Hospitality program. I have led my school in the implementation of a student run school canteen and work closely with a team of teachers and learning support assistants to coordinate cooking throughout the school.
