The functions I have been involved with at the Woden School are an integral part of the students attaining their certificate 1 in Kitchen Operations. I feel it is a very important way for me to reinforce what they have learnt and to encourage the students to be work ready, independent and responsible.

The students and I are responsible for menu selection, working within a budget, shopping, preparation of all dishes. We pride ourselves in using freshly prepared foods to serve.
